Great Expectations

OK, I give!!! It is uncomfortably HOT!! But look on the bright side, it is really nice when it cools off. You don't take a cool morning for granted anymore and hey we Roseville Californians are spoiled anyway. Which brings me to my topic today- Expectations.

Expectations are critical in life as well as the advertising design business. As a customer, you and you alone know what your expectations are. Get them out there and don't be shy. If you want your logo to say you are a rare exception- let your designer know. As a business, let your customer know all about what you do and how you do it. Be as clear as you can. It's wonderful when your expectations are exceeded whether you are the service provider or receiver. Continue to expect greatness.
